TIP: Your company's solution must solve a problem and be quantifiable, whereby the customers see a significant financial impact. And, if it is not quantifiable with a
big enough problem to solve, then the company will not put in the time and effort to solve the problem. This is just business 101.

What's Included:

  • Storytelling: We’ll develop great stories — showing how your company solved a quantifiable problem(s) for your customer(s).

  • Prospecting: Focus on quality at the top of the funnel.

  • Sales Cadence: We will develop a sequence of touchpoints for your product(s) / solution(s).

  • Provide Sales Input: Preparation/Research, Proposals, Listening Skills & Sitting in on Sales Calls till the Prospect Closes and then the work begins

What's NOT Included:

  • Completing the Spreadsheet: While completing the spreadsheet is not part of the scope, we have had prospects say, “this looks great, and we want to move forward, but we don’t have the time or the expertise to complete the “Accelerate Your Sales – Worksheet." Not to worry, BSG can still work with your team, as we will fill out the spreadsheet, with the understanding there will be a monthly retainer for this service. Depending on the availability of information needed, this process typically takes 1-3 months. Once the spreadsheet is completed, BSG will revert to a straight commission model.

  • Technical Expert: While the BSG team will immerse ourselves in the sales process, we are not the subject matter or technical expert.

  • Sales Training: If your company would like us to help train the sales team on the new sales strategies, we can develop a curriculum and a scope of work – with the understanding there is an additional fee for this service.

  • Coaching Executives / VP Sales / Mangers: If we are fortunate enough to work with your company, and you would like us to propel individual performance through coaching, we will put an active learning program with both short and long term goals.

Requirements:

  1. Must have a minimum of three referenceable accounts. For each referenceable account, you need to be able to tell a good story ➜ Describe the inception ➜ What did your company do to challenge the status quo? ➜ What was the turning point (positive or negative)? ➜ Describe any struggles or obstacles ➜ Bring it to an end and it needs to be quantifiable—If we can’t quantify it, then it is not a big enough problem to solve.

  2. What are the 3 to 5 verticals that you specialize in?

  3. What are the inherent ‘specific’ business problems plaguing each vertical? In other words, the PPE marketplace has different problems than the tech industry—you need to know the problems for each vertical that your company specializes in.

  4. How does your solution map to solving a prospect’s problem(s), and what are the typical quantitative results the prospect can expect from implementing your solution?
