Ideal Fit:

  • B2B or B2C through a Channel/Distribution: We define B2B as a transaction between two business entities – or – a B2C business transaction i.e., an instrument between a distributor and a retailer to conduct business.

  • Significant financial impact: It has been our experience that the bigger the financial impact, the more important it is to solve that problem.

  • Clearly differentiated: It is important that you can point to your competitors and say we are unique because we are… faster, cheaper, more expensive, and/or any other way you choose to differentiate your product(s)/solution(s).

  • High Ticket or Low Ticket: It makes no difference whether you’re selling a commodity product, like nitrile gloves – or – a high end piece of equipment – or – a complex software solution.

NOT Ideal Fit:

  • B2C: If you sell directly to the end user, then this is not the right program for your company.

  • No differentiation between your company and the competition: In other words, if you offer essentially the same services as your competitors, but for instance your ‘customer service’ is better—this will not provide enough contrast.

  • Cannot quantify the financial impact: If you cannot quantify the financial impact, the problem is not big enough to solve, and if the problem is not big enough, they won’t invest in the necessary resources to solve the problem.
